  I highly recommend Salem. During such a somber occasion the Salem staff did an incredible job helping us in the first steps of the grieving process. They attended to every detail of the funeral, allowing us to concentrate our time on supporting each other and focus on celebrating dad’s life. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for being able to rest comfortably during the week knowing that all arrangements were in such wonderful hands. John you do an incredible job and have a perfect balance of warmth and humor that provided such needed relief and support during this time. Thank you so much.

  We would highly endorse this firm for their fair prices and great service. They treat everyone like family! The Vogler family (Gene & Mosby) have been part of this community for generations, unlike large corporations currently operating in Winston-Salem. Mike Flynn, Jennings Renegar and Richard Puryear all have the skills, knowledge and compassion to make your funeral experience easier and more meaningful.

  Salem Funeral Home was amazing. I could not have asked for a friendlier and accommodating staff during such a difficult time. Losing your mother is not easy but the staff at Salem were consoling, comforting and made my experience as pain free as possible. Thanks and gratitude from the Harris Family!
