  It is difficult to express the pain one suffers at the loss of a loved one, in my case my mother. Mike Shore came to see us at the house hours before she had passed and I asked him to please not have my father sign any documents yet. He was gentle, understanding and very patient with us.
  He understood the pain and didn't push us into any hasty decisions nor sale. When the time came we called on him and he behaved like a true gentleman, genuine heart and wonderful understanding.
  I know the decision is difficult and you will have many choices but I strongly recommend you speak to them because they behaved with us very, very well.
